So I got Charlemange (Pro/Imp) of Vikings. Vikings has been heavily nerfed from PB13 so as a nation it is quite a non-factor. Also having Fishing as a starting tech is a liability.

I'll probably go for a reroll, even if this is definately playable Combo in Rbmod.

Pretty much bottom of the barrel leader for me. I don't want to be bulbing my way to Liberalism with the current set of known-civ bonus changes. France is ok, but so few rerollers that I might get it again. so easy desicion:
