Starting to get more and more worried about Catwalk. Sure he keeps sending resource X for resource X trades signaling peace, but his power is rising rapidly and he has a lot of military near my borders.

Got a buddhism spread to capital, woot. I'm currently not building a unit in any of my cities.. Building lots of workers, and a library in the southern city so I don't lose the cultural battle for the silver tile. I'm thinking that I really need to improve my economy first before building an army, I can do much more damage by striking later than now. My two neighbors are both global superpowers in military strength alongside me. Still going to finish HBR for now, can't hurt to have some of those around.
 He's also got another 2 spears 2 axes in the south. Either he's really paranoid that I'll snipe his workers, or he's going to settle a city right there to grab the ivory. I passed someone in GNP lol.
Catwalk declared war on me. I don't see a stack nor did he kill a unit, and he offered peace right away. I think he wants to keep a 10T NAP by declaring on me every 10 turns and asking for peace. I'm surprised it's taken this long for someone to try this. Anyway, not much going on in this empire, just preparing units to run in a wall. Which wall though? Depends on whether Catwalk lets me keep my silver resource or not
This double move business kinda sucks. Catwalk actually hasn't been my real target for a while now. I noticed that Nakor was more fearful of his other neighbor, I doubt I'd get any help from him against Catwalk. But I did want to threaten to raze a city from Catwalk in order to extort gold from him for the 10T enforced peace. Anyway we decided in private to contact game admin Xenu who will sort it out.
