Catwalk double moved against me. Declared war after me last turn, logged in before me this turn.
EDIT: Or possibly moved after me last turn, and declared war before I moved this turn. In any case, it's a double move.

Logging in by itself isn't an indication of double-move.

I declared, finished my turn (failed to hit end turn). I had to run off for a meeting and forgot to log out. Much to my surprise I was still logged in when I returned, so I finished my turn. I didn't do anything after first playing, I don't mind reloading if you insist.

Sooo, was there a double move or not? If it's a matter of not ending turn and no one actually double moved, play on.

I can not play now because of turn ordering with Sian. Next time when I will be able to play is 12 hours from this time. Somebody, please pause the game. I will be happy if I'll have at least 1 hour to make my turn.

Catwalk, I played about halfway through my turn before I noticed you were logged in and stopped. I moved my scouting chariots but nothing else. If we don't reload we need to still decide on the turn split. Since now you actually did play (or at least the turn is ended on CivStats), is it acceptable to you if I play now at the end of this turn, then at the start of the next turn, and from that point forward we go normally? That way we both suffer one double turn from the other.

But I'll answer here briefly. If I move second next turn, then you have played 3 war turns before I have played my second war turn. That's the problem. Anyway, do contact Xenu, he's good at this stuff
