Thank you. I sent a PM to Caledorn about this, so hopefully I'll be able to take the next turn myself when I get home from work tonight.

I think Caledorn is taking the server offline for a short while today, in which case your issue might resolve itself as a result.

Well, game's back up and here's what we got:

So, there's horses, about where I expected they'd be, but not really where I was hoping they'd be. A city 1SE of them would be very nice... as a 3rd or 4th city, and were not in an area that's likely to be heavily contested. It'll require mysticism AND fishing to be productive, two techs I'd rather avoid early if I could. That leaves me with 1W or 1NW (better, but requires the wheel) of the sheep for my de-facto second city spot... blugh. I'll have my scout wrap around from the west to the north and see if I can find anything better, hopefully to share something with the pigs. At any rate, I think the safest play would be to tech BW next rather than TW, which means I should get another worker first and then chop out the settler.

Here's an oddity:

So, if I'm reading this right, Haram worked his 4-yield deer tile for 5 turns while researching what has gotta be AH, then switched to something without a prereq for 5 turns, which has gotta be Agriculture, then back to AH, which now has 2 prereqs. This sort of makes sense since he has that deer tile, but why not just get agriculture first regardless? I think, based on his production numbers, that he started on a plains hill too, which got him a 10 turn worker AND he could actually improve a tile right away. Why didn't he choose a productive civ in that case? That woulda been an 8 turn worker, with AH coming on turn 12, just in time to improve whatever sheep/pig/cow or whatever actual food tile he has on turn 12 (or turn 13 if he went Agr first and likely has to move the worker since resources rarely appear adjacent to each other on this mapscript)

My pal aki was complaining to me that I'm not updating as much lately, and so here's a full, real-time narrative (i.e. explaining all of my thoughts as they happen) recording of me as I play turn 13 of this pitboss, from the moment I loaded the save until I hit end turn:

Another turn, another Nice Horse. Doesn't look like there's any shareable or first-ring food available here though either. OTOH, a city where the scout is now (or 1NW of it) is lookin' pretty good for a second city...
