Okay, well, mild mystery solved; he offered ivory for silver this turn, as he'd hooked his second elephant. I'd rather unfog routes to Dtay or Ox. Other piece of news for the turn, TBS or Ox landed Buddhism; I'm betting TBS.
 Nothing special going on here; finally soon expanding eastward.

The costs of the Oracle are bad MFG, bad CY, and inflated GNP. Yep, got that! Still no religion spreads either. But three turns to get an astonishing new city, and lots of growth...I'm doing okay for last place.
 Actually, bump the MFG up just a hair; I just finished my horse pasture! I've got more happy than food at the moment, so I'll be doing a pair of 1-pop whips soon for a galley and a forge, respectively. Probably for a lighthouse too once I get borders under control, that will make the food situation here go from "meh" to "hax" right quick.
