[spoilers] Pax Commodorica: Pharaoh of Rome

And what's the turn order, because if he's first...
I'm first, actually. I checked after he played, he's moved along, so that's nice. I'm sure Thoth is *extremely* aware of my potential tiltiness. I'll grant him this; he's not one to do unto me a small slight.

I think I've seen that episode. Would watch again!
Eh, remakes are never as good as the first time. I'd rather play "Commodore: Economy Wizard" again.

But if that's a remake then shouldn't that suck as well?

I think this means you need to find a third option...
Current games (All): RtR: PB80 Civ 6: PBEM23

Ended games (Selection): BTS games: PB1, PB3, PBEM2, PBEM4, PBEM5B, PBEM50. RB mod games: PB5, PB15, PB27, PB37, PB42, PB46, PB71. FFH games: PBEMVII, PBEMXII. Civ 6:  PBEM22 Games ded lurked: PB18

Oh I know. The third option is to actually win a game.

...but yeah, seriously, its a good option. But with roughly ~30 cities each before the land is even remotely "full" this isn't a horcheration case.

I'm sorry Commodore, I seemed to mistake you for Darrell.

No, I get it...I really am exactly like Darrell, except for how I'm awesome, virile, handsome, smart, erudite, successful, envied, personable, and have good breath. And no sub/dom thing going with Krill. nope

Turn 77: The turn Commodore said "screw it" and turned on tech to Mono. Hinduism has three turns to spread itself, then it must compete for my affections with Judaism. I'm trying to bait it into Cyrenica if possible, I'd love a free border pop. But a missionary will do in a pinch. Spiritual means Organized Religion can be instant, so I'll be able to spread culture to new cites in an acceptable way.

My econ got a nice shot in the arm with lucky Flavia Felix here. It's pure instant profit, and will be the first target for missionary action. Moai need to be up here post-haste. It's not RBmod, so whip-overflow->wonder will work fine.

No stone yet seen. Moai is going suck for other non-Inds.

So is it maths or mono? FWIW, I'm not so sure it's a good idea to delay currency and calendar happiness to try to land another religion. Plus maths lets you get to 90 (with a border chop) hammers out of 250 on that Moai site! mischief

Thoth's galley is running back, tail tucked firmly between legs it looks like? Probably wasn't even loaded.

Also,
