Sure, go for it! If you'd like, I can write a story/scenario description and post it some time tomorrow - just e-mail the save and write-up (rules, etc) to me. If you'd rather post it yourself though, that's fine too; I'll just sticky it when I see it. (Unless another mod does it first!)

WM, when you say that your decisions on what you like and your rules are based on data and not just theory, do you have a standard format in which you record what happens in your games? If we follow more or less the same format it will be easier and more insightful to compare the reports from the game.

Bingo. That's exactly what I did for almost 20 years for MOO1 and many other games and I am in the process of simplifying my format for this tournament to collect only the most important variables and not make it imposing for the players. I am also writing standardized tournament rules now. This takes me time.
Glad that we are on the same wavelength.
I will upload standard Excel file for data collection. Please state if that is not going to work for you to fill.
