EDIT: we have a three-way turn split now, it's not good for the game speed.

That's kind of lame about the three way split. If it gets to be a problem maybe whoever was last to join in could change slots (if it doesn't cause a problem for the other participants). That's not a ruling, just a suggestion at this point. Which leads me to:
