Set up for 7, but think the game now only has 6 players.

It looks like 6 players with some teams among greens (with Mac users). With Ichabod backing out we need more mentors though.

If its OK with everyone we could progress without filling the quota of mentors yet but stick at 7 teams, I for one wouldn't mind not having a mentor if it came to it.
As for settings I assume that the mapmaker knows best, but I'd say barbs on, events off, huts off. Not sure about costs, Emperor?

To which I'd say no city trading to avoid any confusion and yes to snake pick and no bans. And add AI diplo, no double moves.
In any case, just suggestions.

I'm also willing to go with no mentor. I know that may set me back, especially in the early game where micro is hugely important, but I've always been a "jump in the deep end" kind of guy.
EDIT: Also, as far as city trading, there are so many times when it's useful to trade a city that I'm reluctant to say ban it, but at the same time it does allow itself to be abused a little bit. I think I'd still vote for allowing it.

If you have 7 players that can use RtR mod, then I can send the map file over to Pin to finish up on if he still wants to work together on this.

I can look it over tomorrow but last night and tonight are pretty booked, thanks to losing the group lottery in school. Sorry Krill for not responding sooner. Feel free to go on without my input if I hold anything up; i would love to go through the process but school is just too crazy right now to be able to schedule anything with certainty.

I'm working late shifts Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday, I don't really want to be doing work on anything except Friday. So really all time until Thursday midnight for you is basically dead time to me.

I'm going to withdraw from this. No interest either means a potential pairing isn't engaged enough to be following this every day, or else people are looking for someone with a higher level of experience and play, so either way it's not going to work.
