Do I need to replay my turn? My PC is dead (corsair H60 died). New cooler ordered, getting here tomorrow by 8pm (about 30hrs from now).
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

As most of you know, I have been helping handle the PitBoss server maintenance while Caledorn is unavailable. I talked with him today and the server needs a number of updates done. Because it's slow right now due to the holidays, it seems like an excellent opportunity to shut down the PitBoss server for several hours to get this done.
So on Wednesday, 12/31, at or around 1700 UTC, I will be taking all of the games offline in order to do a Windows update. I don't know how long it will take, but expect them to be down for several hours. My goal is to have everything back up and running no later than 0000 UTC, though I would be very surprised if it takes that long.
I will be cross-posting this in all of the active game tech threads, and will post here one hour before taking them offline to confirm. If I have a reason to think they will down longer than 7 hours, I will post an update here as soon as I know.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to post them here or PM me privately.

You can let the turn roll as per the recent reload. Anyone can jump in and unpause to let the turn roll or, alternatively, jump for my civ and hit end turn.

I'm back in town and will be playing sometime today. Who else is still gone? I remember Ruff said he'd be traveling too, travels ending around today if I remember correctly. We've got just over a week left on the current timer. 
Xenu, whenever you log in to play your turn, kindly reset the timer back to the previous length so we don't accidentally end up with a second super long timer.

I'll take it under advisement, though I confess to appreciating the extra time. When you have as many cities as I do you'll appreciate having time to think through everything.
