So the RNG took its toll - the Axe survived the southern Chariot (89.2%) by a hit so we had to use the western Axe to clean up:
We used the Shock Axe to take out the Spear with minimal injury, so both Axes will have odds on any attacking Axes. Adrien had only seen one of the Chariots, so we chose to keep the other one out of sight in reserve 1S of the city rather than putting on the Gold for intimidation value.
I offered a Cease Fire.
Right now its:
* us: -2 Chariots
* him: -1 Axe, -1 Spear, -1 Worker
We have 3 Workers on the Gold, which has a road and will be mined next turn.
I also switched Access Point from Galley to Axe so that we have enough turns in both to be able to whip one and overflow to complete the other.

Logged into see a cease-fire screen. After checking that we didn't lose any axes or workers, I accepted it.
We have Colossus!
And we have yet ANOTHER situation both in the east and the west:
![[Image: 98-1.png?raw=1]](https://www.dropbox.com/s/ljrs5wxo4g9c0kd/98-1.png?raw=1)
Adrien retreated one Axe, moved one to threaten our stack of three workers. We can easily deal with that by moving our 2 axes to cover them, and we only need 1 worker there to finish the mine. The Worker we just captured can go 1W to chop or mine or both the pfh.
In the West, Elum has moved up an Axe (C1 Shock) and a Spear (no promos, looks like 0 xp as well). If our Axe (C1, 4/2 exp) fortifies on the spot while promoting to shock, we get 75.93% odds against the Elum's Axe. IMO there are a few questions:
1) Do we hold there?
2) Do we declare war to prevent Elum from passing through?
3) Do we want to prepare to whip any military (In Hub, 2.5", Smurf)?
My opinion is yes, yes, and yes. As well as whipping Axe in Access Point.
Power graphs:

Neither yet have horses.
In other news, agent/johns have gotten Currency but they haven't logged in yet and seen our offer.

Quick thoughts:
We don't want to declare on Elum if we can avoid it - that signals to Adrien that we have issues on the other side and might Mal him more bold.
Elum's force means we have to move our Axes back anyway, so let's do so.
We can also show Adrien the Chariot as deferent this turn (we probably don't get odds on his Axe anyway, and we're trying to bring this to an end.
If we whip AP, we should pop the Galley first as it will also act as a deterrent for Adrien's other workers.
His captured worker can either be used to chop the current tile, scout to the North - or we just bring it back and put it to use Mining the phf.
2Workers to finish the Gold Mine. May as well get it done this turn.
I think we advance the Western Axe onto the Jungle - if he declares, he gets bumped and we get the defensive terrain. Once his force is past that point it is more vulnerable. It will also tell us if it's a prelude to a settling party, or just exploring.
We probably want an extra unit from Hub - not sure what, but probably an Axe. Would be better if we can get a Barracks in first.
Kids jumping on me so won't be able to take a longer look.

Sounds good. If the workers run we should overflow into Barracks instead of Axe.

We can move it to the Gold Mine where the two Axes will be, it'll cut him off from movement to any safer ground.. Next turn we can move the chariot away to let him leave in peace. Do we want to promote the wounded 5 exp C1 Shock Axe to C2?

Agreed.

We can go Barracks, next turn whip and overflow into 1T Axe/Chariot

No problems. Need me to play this turn?

The only safe way to do it is to move it to the PFH this turn, which is fine as it can get back quickly to deal with Elum if needed.
Can we just put it on the Gold with the Axes and Workers?
Put the last Worker onto the pfh to start chop/mining? We can cover with one of the Axes next turn when the other Workers retreat.

I can play in my usual spot, but we seem to agree on everything, so no reason to wait for then; you go ahead.

One more thing: should I promote the 5xp wounded C1 Shock Axe to C2? ETA- Hub already has Barracks so 1T into Axe it is.

Way to leak information in chat to all, Adrien, about our situation still being tense and letting Whosit (whom we haven't met) know we're close to you.
Could a lurker please notify him that the best way to make such a communcation it is either via a private message or (if necessary) via a lurker? Also, he shouldn't be logging during our half and he knows it. Thanks.
In another note, we have trade route to Whosit without having met him. Go figure.

Well strictly speaking we're not at war any more so no official turnsplit, but I see your points. I think Old Harry is one of the more flexible ones on looking (only looking) outside the turn split, so if we want to insist on it, we should do so.
We can keep the promo in reserve - no need to use it now.
