Oh @#$%@ - I think I may have broken our 'no spoiling' rule ...

I entered all of the below in google and found a surprising number of web sites. The one that Jowy is probably referencing is this one about the Sith Empire.

It is interesting to see that #4 on the list has a heading "RB Pitboss #2 [SPOILERS] - Speaker and Sullla - Page 103 - Realms ..." .

I thought Jowy was the Evil Empire / Sith. These teams that play a theme are just messing with my head.

I don't indend to edit my entry (unless people think that I should). If Spullla comment on it with regards to whosit, I'll post something about me being confused and thinking that Jowy was the Sith in this game (which is true).

Incase Spullla get email notification - they already have the text and it looks suspect. At least this way, I can say I am an idiot and mixed up who was playing what theme.

i would leave it as is - i don't think you did anything wrong at all. i'd be very surprised if, having not understood the reference, sulla and speaker wouldn't have looked into it themselves. so in my opinion all you did was save them 30 seconds' worth of work.

my post was aimed at jowy, hs bravado is kind of funny to see from a neutral perspective but he may have ended up letting the cat out of the bag with that declaration

I don't think it's spoilerish, and the fact that it's a quote makes it more amusing that Sullla read all sorts of things into it about Jowy's play.

Finally wrote my reply so Sullla.

The line I'm going to follow with them is that I'll claim that during NAP negotiations with Whosit he ask/demands that we join the fight against India. And then I'll claim we'll do our best to do as little harm as possible while still being involved. Things might even happen that way...

Sounds like Nakor is trying to be a little bit too clever here. This will just tip off Spullla that Whosit is going to attack as well.

Agreed, novice. However, it might help Nakor in the long run. He expects the COW to fail...and would keep India as an ally, by giving them something useful which the COW might not find out about.

I've given some further thought about the situation. It seems clear Whosit and Kalin/Athlete are at least somewhat co-operating. Main target is probably dsplaisted, but we can't feel secured either. They also must have good relationship with Jowy and I'll guess we'll soon see, if also Dantski is with them. The communication with DMOC/Nakor in the past suggests that they might also be symphatetic to their efforts against Sullla/Speaker. This would leave just us, Sullla/Speaker and dsplaisted out.

So I see following options we could try to pursuit:
* Declare neutrality to all directions including Whosit and try to sign long NAPs with everyone willing.
* Co-operating with Sullla/Speaker - Almost certain death alternative, but feels best for my heart .
* Co-operation athlete/Kalin - Even if this is probably best alternative for survival I don't like the game that we would had to play e.g. being nice towards Whosit.

Any opinions on this are welcome and further alternatives are more than welcome. It seems this game is pretty much unsalvageable for us so I could consider trying also something unconventional.
