Hooray, johns played very early this turn, so I got to burn the city--johns didn't even attempt a defense by leaving the Impi in the city ![tongue tongue](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/RBOld/tongue.gif)
Of course, the question is "now what?" I considered offering flat peace again, mainly because johns is getting Construction at EOT (speaking of, good thing the war canceled active deals ![smile smile](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/smile2.gif) ), but I'm not under any threat at the moment. I'm also not seeing any imminent new defenses at Johnny Oro yet, so that's another possible target--I just don't feel like I have enough units in the area yet. I've taken a bunch of pictures in the folder, including all the relevant cities I can see, if you have any thoughts BGN. I also might get an actual report out soon, depending on my mood/how long it takes to get to my turn again.

Another early johns play--at least he's considerate during the war ![smile smile](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/smile2.gif)
Of course, the war now is probably going to end--johns offered peace, and after checking the situations (basically unchanged, other than johns moving the second Impi back into Johnny Oro), I re-offered the deal. Right now the plan is to build up for a bit, then soonish re-declare with a plan in place:
1. Move on Johnny Oro with a decent-sized force in place--the problem here is that I need to leave a decent garrison in Lubeck since he has a bunch of 2-movers in Johnny Oro he could counter-attack with (even ignoring the possibility of johns bypassing Lubeck to get to my core)
2. Perform the surgical strike out of the fog to burn Adios, Sabata--I did a couple sims with a bunch of Chariots vs Adios, Sabata's garrison--the results were interesting:
Try 1:
14 total, 6 lost on Impi, 0 otherwise lost
Try 2 (3 C1 Chariots):
14 total, 4 lost on Impi, 2 otherwise lost (to ~70% Axe battles)
Losing 6-8 Chariots, and building ~15-16 total seems fine, and a really good hammer trade (even considering I didn't get any retreats on either attempt)--not quite as good as BGN was thinking, but it's still a good trade (mainly since I thought the battles with the Axes would be worse odds). Of course, this assumes johns doesn't add any new units, or that the culture doesn't jump to +40% defense. As such, I need to get these Chariots built quickly, so I can declare close to when the peace treaty expires.
The rest of the pictures are here--I hope I'm not losing any lurkers by not posting as many reports with pictures in the thread

I keep putting off my PB23 reports-- T121 and T122 pictures are in the usual place though, and I will give some "greatest hits" reporting: - johns finally decided to make peace with me--he didn't last turn for some reason (maybe I just forgot to reoffer?). As such, the countdown is on to when I can chariot-rush Sabata--is it worth it to do the chariot rush if I end up a couple chariots short? I know I'm going to stay at war at least one more turn after the opening salvo (since I plan to take Johnny Oro just by overwhelming forces, since johns can't support it that well). Speaking of Johnny Oro, it jumped to the second ring, so I don't have visibility for a bit--I just whipped the granary there, so the monument should get at least the hill back in my borders I would hope--then again, that hasn't held true for johns at Sabata (he has actually lost ground in the battle for the fish tile!).
- I'm back in first place in GNP/Production, and I'm not even researching anything at the moment--I think the time is right for Civil Service, and I'll get it in 4 turns when I turn research on next turn (and I'm not even the first person there--Grimace revolted into Bureaucracy last turn
).
- All my Calendar resources in my borders will be connected next turn--when you combine that with Forges giving me an extra happy on my gold, that should give me a good basis to continue my growth without having to detour to Monarchy any time soon. I also should be winding down my whips in my core cities, especially Ulm (since it needs to grow really big soon--speaking of, which should I build first in that city, a Forge or Moai? )
Hopefully I should get a new full report out soon (though it's not like I'm going completely silent)--I just keep getting distracted by other things

You have stone. I'd build Moai first. If I saw you building a market there recently you should delay that and build moai before the market finishes. Rathauses make markets less useful than they usually are, and ORG less still.

Okay--I have it as a Forge this turn, but I'll switch it next time I log in. The Market was only before I could start the Forge/get Stone for the Moai.

Thanks for the compliments--if there's anything else you want to see (other than more pictures in-thread; they're coming eventually--I decided to continue broadening my game-playing experiences and started playing LoL, and now I'm hopelessly hooked on it ![tongue tongue](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/RBOld/tongue.gif) ), just let me know

The sooner you all submit to my hegemony the sooner we can move on. Just sayin'.
Edit: In case it isn't clear, your tanks will not be safe anywhere near my spears. Save yourself the embarrassment and surrender!
