[NO PLAYERS] Lurking Civilization 4.5: Realms Beyond the Swordsmen

This is a test game, I think it does not require that much of polishing and balancing. popcorn

The players will repeat those words back to you with dripping venom as they drive in the last nail at your crucifixion. Well, probably. Possibly. OK maybe not quite all that but they'll whine interminably and make you wish you hadn't stuck your neck out to help get the game started sooner. Maybe. OK, not interminably, but at least for long enough to be annoying and make you wonder why you continue reading their threads. Except you know you're still reading all the threads because you want to see how they'll all do on this fun map you spent your time on....Yeah it's a vicious cycle. bash

Yep! And remember, this is Xenu, who aims for unfairness=0 maps where you can see the love he poured in hour after burning, caffeinated hour.

My bet is on forest improvements being overpowered and therefore complaints over unbalanced number of forests. popcorn

And of course Krill draws the short end of the stick on number of forests. popcorn

rolf

There'll be a big race to Oracle MC which Krill loses because he has least amount of forests to spare. When he tries to conquer some the target chops them for emergency hammers, resulting in coinflip's chance for ragequit.

Is it too late to delete all of Krill's late game strategic resources? popcorn

Yes, the two food is good (and basically expected at this point), but it's just all grassland, with barely any hills or plains. Not that that's bad obviously (I'd rather have grassland than plains, and there are multiple rivers), it just looks boring neenerneener

Will GJ beat the old master Krill on his own turf? If anyone can I think GJ has the skills nod. CH probably just got a lucky start - I don't expect him to keep up long-term.
