Yeah, basically you use that list to figure out what you need to have researched and to not be able to research to figure out a bulb target.

Have currency researched already? Then you can't bulb it. Can't research banking due to no Guilds? Then you would research Economics but you need Banking for that anyway so you move on down.

As we threatened to raze Adrien's city Adrien offered peace.

We refused and raze the city, then reoffered. He refused and...what's this we have here:

Dude it was just a crappy size 1 city. And you want to risk your 2 C5 knights to retaliate over that? shakehead

Is it kosher to do something like offer our city for Iron, Horse, and all his cities to let him know that we know what he's planning?

I don't know what the general perception of that is, but it's not something I would do.

Whosit took Grimace's capital so he and Elum share a border. In other news Adrien is being a pain.

Elum just got Lib in the inter-turn.

Adrien: "I know he already saw my mounted stack with his sentry chariot but let's move a melee stack within sight as well and slowly build roads while we're at it."

Power graph:

Yes, that's Elum with no. 1 power, us with no. 3 and Adrien trailing.

Yes, Adrien has moved his stacks from his eternal warring with johns to our side. Johns has his own army and that'll be able to attack when the treaty expires in ~4 turns. And Adrien also shares a border with CH who already has Gunpowder. But nooooo, he has to carry out a grudge war over a razed size 1 city.

If I ever forget, someone please remind me never to play with him again. It will be much appreciated.

He's establishing a reputation as prickly and someone not to be messed with. How secure are we?

Do we have a second Sentry Chariot available so we can snipe & delete that Worker? Not worth losing our visibility otherwise IMO.

We might need to pillage that Fort as well; it's the natural line of attack so we want it to be 0 defense.

Can't get on chat (kids), but may be able to reply to posts / e-mail.

Not certain we can hold ZIF if he decides to throw everything he has at it.

Unfortunately no

Right. Sent you some screenshots of the Barbstralia situation, but in case you can't get it:

My plan was just to just defend the city by moving the ancient stack into LAN but I think I'll instead expend 3 of our Berserkers in Active Link (meant to hit Elum), Nav 1 Galley them to LAN (they're already loaded), unload, promote to C2 formation and hit the knights and the praetorian this very turn. We have 4 Berserkers that can hit and 2HA and a longbow to mop up. Then we move the ancient stack up closer to his city. I don't want to waste the berserker promotions but Adrien is forcing our hand to make a strong deterrent to this war continuing.

Upside too is that we're 28/30 for GG and this will get us our first.

Edit- Under that crossbow are 3 workers so we might want to hit that too...or not in case it sends him into more of a tilt

Sorry, that's 2 Axes 1E of the longbow, 2 unpromoted knights and 1 C2 Praetorian 1S on that hill, and 1 Crossbow and 3 workers 1S of that Otherwise he should have nothing else on that island so if we take out the knights and praetorian he'll be forced to give peace or lose the city to ancient crap + berserkers

Southern plan sounds good - if we have to divert from Elum to preserve our land then so be it.

Where the GG spawns will be important as it can strongly affect the Northern theatre.
