Yeah the wording is wrong but the value changes are correct. It used to be a that for each pop point over size nine or ten you got a 5% bonus now you get 20% from size 1 but foreign bonus is lower and no ictr bonus. I'll change that later today when I get home.
OK, I'm writing this with my head held in shame at the sheer dreadfulness of how I wrote that section of the change log. Calling it awful isn't even close to how bad it is; I deserve thumbscrews for that which was written because it's just, plain, wrong. I'm updating the change log now; how it functions doesn't need changing, that's fine, there aren't any bugs. I'm just really fucking stupid.

Or...TIN FOIL ALERT!!!!
I'm kidding, don't feel too bad about it, the mod went through a lot of rapid iterations, it's kind of hard to keep all the info right through all that without someone really helping to fact check. I don't think you got a lot of help with the change log, right?
But if you did have help and blew it anyway, then yeah, you suck.
Edit: Does anyone know why that damn banana dances only some of the time? It's like it's mocking me when it refuses to dance.

Base trade route value is 1 commerce, +0.1 commerce per population in the originating city above size 10, starting from size 1. ie size 10 origin city has trade route worth 1.0 base commerce. Size 10 origin city has trade route worth 1.1 base commerce.
Base trade route value is limited to the smaller of the above stated value, or a percentage of the distance between the receiving and origin cities, percentage depending on map size. Check the above linked thread for further details.
Receiving city trade routes are multiplied by following factors to produce the total trade route value:
+10% per population point in receiving city (ie size 15 city will have +150%, size one city has +10%)
Foreign trade route: +100%, increasing at a rate of 4% per turn of peace.
Overseas trade modifier: +50%
If receiving city is connected to your capital: +50%
If Harbour present: +25%.
If Custom House present: +100%.
If Temple of Artemis present: +100%
If in Free Market: +25% to total trade route value (I'm sure someone can define this better than me).
