I wonder if winning communism and kremlin will force a concession.

Got the save and I have to say the answer is no. This game will likely end with tanks.

OK he gave up on communism but instead of researching it anyways and forcing me to use my GE on the kremlin, he instead put 1t of research into SM, then changed techs to rifling and started his 4th GA. I really doubt he can research communism in time to change civics during the GA so likely he is planning to build a huge army and try a massive attack instead, basically putting himself all-in. Commodore's current research is Nationalism. Just finished steel and will spend gold upgrading my curassiers to calvary and have cities make cannons.

His 4th GA finished but I really have to wonder what he was doing. He got Nationalism but instead of overflowing research into MT on his last turn of the GA, he instead teched constitution. I think he really should have either beelined Communism and adopt SP at the end of the GA, or beelined constitution and adopt rep at the end, or just build a huge cav army. I just started my 3 person GA and first adopted US and OR so I can build the kremlin since I used a GE for the 3 person GA (got an unlucky 25% priest at holy city). Next civic change is to Emancipation and SP. I guess I will start the 4 person GA when I plan on pushing culture for the CV.

He got a Great spy a few turns ago and I believe he used it for the EP. I feel that I need to build the EP buildings because I don't want him to get city visibility for too long.

I really apologize. This game deserves to be reported more thoroughly. We both got AL, but he got it faster because I got RR + Combustion first. With the GE I got from the cap, I think I can win the pentagon race, which is big. With my 12+ MGs, I can finally start improving the tiles on the border lol. His factories and coal plants are coming up but I am staying competitive because of US and RR. his GPT at 0% is about 150, and mine is 600 now since I built Wall street in the capital. In SP, I get industrialism first since you need a lot more tanks than bombers, but not sure if that is the right choice in MP.

He sent a big stack that included 33 cannons to the NW border that I cleaned up in 1 turn. I might go after his cities now.

So Commodore, I really wanted to know what happened in the 4th GA, it seemed unfocused.
