I like the handful of paragraphs, and the tone is confident, like you'd expect from someone who is immune against everything. So my first impression is not scum.
Meanwhile, Fenn just seems to be using his spy skills to blend in, rather than gathering information.
Preview: yeah pseudo-no-lynch is an option. We don't have to use it today, though. We can also hit him with night actions. Jowy could try to singify him, for example.

According to game rule 15 Molach would force a stalemate situation resulting in a draw, even alone against all of team scum. I don't see the "the wolves win if they are a majority" rule that is usually there.

Well we've already had two claims, so it's not completely random anymore. I'm pretty sure Molach hasn't told us the whole truth (if he's told us any truth at all).

Actually, it looks like the opening post is missing victory conditions both for the schemers and for the innocents. Brick might want to remedy that.
