Hmmm, Com's situation makes me feel like I have to think more about what wonders I want. My original plan was to go Math -> Masonry -> Calendar, turning on the slider once I finish all my libraries, then aim for the MoM but also trying to pick up the HG along the way. Hence, the marble pink dot. But, maybe the mids is actually better here? My happy cap is low and I don't plan to get near Monarchy for awhile, as Currency and IW need to come after Calendar, and I'll have libraries everywhere. Is it more catastrophic to let Phi Inca get the Mids or the MoM? Trick question, I know... 
Hmmm, also, what can I use to overflow-cascade here? Is a goddamned library really the best thing I have here? Maybe a different, weaker wonder, like the great wall? Might be good if I'm assuming I'll one day be invaded by Commodore...

Gavagai planted his 5th city, I believe up here due to that road going north you can see. Perhaps this location? The BFC is very nice and gets him some badly needed food.
I saw his settler for his 6th city with my scout, and it looks like it's going near his horses/marble to be very probably planted without food. But, you need horses, right? Still no Oracle!

I'm, llke, completely convinced the map is biased the way it is on purpose now.

It's fine in the long run, I have a bunch of cottages being worked now and am just chilling at 0% slider while I finish libraries in every city. I've got IKs in almost every city too, plus Agg bonus etc. What's more worrisome is that I don't have those big gold/gems tiles to work now like everybody else does so I'll be behind for awhile until I can catch up with sheer land.

By the way, the reason I say this is because Commodore doesn't have 4 ancient happy - he has 5. I didn't notice, on the previous turn, that he also has a whale to his northeast - which appears to be the only whale on the entire map.
