Right, but you can buy a Wolf Rider with the Poison Promo, so it feels counter-intuitive.

Yeah, but the balance would be pretty badly off otherwise I think. Being able to have Wolfriders theoretically as early as T5 is already pretty crazy, especially with Sheelba. Having ones who can pulverize Warriors with ease would just be too much.

Sure, it's counter-intuitive, but you've got it the wrong way around - that's the buying method being boosted/changed from normal behaviour, not the upgrade of the goblin. Like Bob says, there's no way it's getting buffed.

Kragroth has finally made a second city. It is very nice terrain. Kragroth like. Kragroth feel like he is behind, but he will be ok. Kragroth work harder to make another settler soon. Kragroth want lots of things, but he get Education first to build cottages. Then later he will have more commerce to get things he wants.

The Orcs have 3.5 under-improved cities squished in between the coast and the Calabim. My one guidance from Kragroth was to kill the Sheaim; well that's not happening soon:

. That's what this game has been mostly... I think now that you replaced Kragroth (maybe permanently) it might get better. As far as I've understood the delays have mostly been either Kragroth or Saruman, and of course Northstar before his password got cracked .
