Nope, not gonna do it. I'm not willing / able to put in the effort necessary to do well in this size of game, so I'm not going to even start. But nursing dying civs into their graves, totally willing to help out with that.

I prefer allowing resource signaling deals (though no timing with gold or gpt). I think gameplay is net improved by the small amount of communication it allows. But not anywhere close to a dealbreaker if the consensus is otherwise.

What version of RtR would this be? If it is 2.7.0.4 or 2.70.6 sure I'll fill a spot.
