I forgot, you're management so you basically don't understand anything. I'll explain.
I'm setting up a VM with a normal installation of Civ (not the Steam version I used to host last time on my home computer). The screenshot shows roughly the system specs Caledorn listed as desirable.* Maybe it will work better and we can play some Civ until Cal's server is back. If it works and is stable then we'll have a spare available if something like this happens again. If it doesn't work...I'll probably shout obscenities if it doesn't work this time. Will try to make sure my child isn't around first, probably. *I have 1 TB of disk space laying around if I need to add another virtual disk. Preview edit: Caledorn beat me to the punch. Nice to see he insulted your obliviousness, too.

Typical management. Running people into the ground on purpose...although combining that with bullying a brother is a good show for efficiency savings. I'm sure the higher ups are pleased with the performance.
