Decius is not tolerant.
Units built by a civilization with tolerant gain the march promotion.
Demagog's take 50t to spawn, adjusted by game speed and foreign trade.
Excuse me, those will just take a moment...

v12 is out, changelog here.
Waiting on a couple of picks. (Well, haven't finished with the map, but waiting nonetheless.)

I wondered if that would happen. Now I need to ask whether the "Calabim Spoiler" is something that can be countered by an opponent, because if so I will need to know about it or be hamstrung in this game.

Apologies for falling behind with the organizing stuff, proposed player (turn) order:
All times EST
1. Dave (windows 4-7 AM, noon-1 PM, 6-9 PM)
2. Auro (windows 6-10 AM, 1-4 PM)
3. Plako (window noon-3 PM)
4. Dreylin (window 9 PM - 12 AM)
5. Bob (windows 9:30-10 AM, 8 PM - 1 AM)
Obv. not set in stone if anyone has an objection.

It's been patched out anyway IIRC.

Triple post
I assume you meant I'm Arendal, not Amelancheir.

What Bob said. The direct answer to your question is, "Yes, but not easily," but Q has made changes that eliminate the whole issue. So don't worry about anything outside the usual vampire arsenal.

...not entirely.
Damn, this is a difficult situation. Uhh, it can be countered to a certain extent, but is not something that will be relevant for the first 75t (at least). How about we let that period pass and then consider where you're up to in '43 - it may well be that the game is over then, after all.
Edit: to clarify, the Calabim spoiler has effects past v12, and still gives them a certain level of benefit.
