Got this one earlier. Unless it gives me 150 units in TBS' face, it is meaningless. Or 50 commandos.
Can I double-move OH/Fin, my stalwart allies, to get them to flood units where we ought to send them? Or, if you guys are going to play first in the war, YOU have to dump units someplace for me to reinforce. I can't dump units to get wiped by TBS and you THEN reinforce. Pick a spot and dump your troops!!!
I took both empty cities and left the single unit in. Signal: I'll fight, but pick a place to start. Also, not pictured, I offered open borders. So, you know, we can occupy the same city space. They won't sabotage my spaceship because it's done EoT, and why bother anyway? No other reason not to open borders that I can see.
Count up the units. I did and I don't like the answer. Every other TBS city is basically empty, as they ought to be because they don't matter to him now. WLP, please go take a dozen cities, even if it is an empty gesture that you should/could have done 30 turns ago. Don't just sit there.
Can anyone tell me what Krill is doing with his GA just sitting there babysat by a mini-stack? Personal amusement? Torturing TBS? Sticking it to those evil people who have made him keep logging turn after turn? This is probably the biggest mystery left in the game at this point.

This is as reasonable as anything I can think of, but does Krill really have anything to fear in war? If anything, I would think it would at least make the turns interesting to him again. But he has to know I don't have time/resources to spare on fighting him or I would have done it long before now. I don't see him caring about any other potential combatants in this way.
Really, I think he's probably just waiting until the last minute to give the gift because it's more fun to be courted than to complete the transaction. Maybe.

We can send a vessel to the stars but the best police garrison we have available on launch day is vigilantes in the streets wielding wooden clubs. Also, our space ship either be going to a different planet than the Aztecs or have weapons on board because we aren't going to arrive first. Unless the Aztecs suffer birdshit on the windshield en route and die. For my part, I find the cultural revolution in TBS-land oppressive and repulsive, so I'll be glad to send some guys to the stars. I expect Aztec to flourish in their new beginning, which is good for them because no one else is leaving this planet alive, most particularly those culturally oppressive types who have neglected to continue to work for a better (read: stronger) future and have instead invested in TV studios and other forms of hippy propaganda that will in no way save them when the Russian Bear comes to collect their sovereignty in about twenty "turns", whatever turns are, after their "victory condition", whatever that is. Russia believes in sustainability through might!

Four GAs available for TBS including whatever he has in hiding. Krill's GA is still sitting around waiting for...something.
Even if TBS just pushed all the GA bombs, I still want to make the server accept my launch. Just because.
