we should probably have the colors swapped in a way that allows for easy map readability (assuming we explore the map), once cultural borders pop etc.
Ie, no reds starting next to each other :P

If we are going by what we got in the WB save, then everything looks good to me. I also authorize any color change to my civ that will make the map less confusing, if necessary.
