I assumed I should restore the Begin/EndMap portion from Krill's save, so I did.

I believe that is the map.
Can someone please double check that I didn't screw it up? Leaders looked correct when I double checked.

Putting horse adjacent the the capital but on an island is something that I've done every so often since PBEM7, and truth be told I don't think it's a generally bad idea. Stops people getting lucky with random settler movements and fucking the game.
Plus the troll factor is immense.

I think Dreylin wins the "nicest art to illustrate the map" award.

Just having a quick readthrough of GJ. He has got the barb formulas slightly wrong I think or doesn't fully appriciate the island nature. As I understood it is the formula he posted but only for the civs that started on the island. He should be ok but might get caught out if he tries to push things if the other continents go a little more slowly.

TBS: Considering you seem to put a fair amount of effort into this game you do miss some things.

That micro to build that thing by T52 must have been pretty impressive. That's both a lot of hammers and a lot of tech to get through. At the same time, I really doubt the strategy behind the decision is sound. It costs 260h and they're surely sitting on 2 cities right now gaining 4gpt and 2gppt immediately. Even if you assume it has no effect on OBs I think this has set them pretty far behind.
While looking at the real situation:
So that is Dreylin sitting on 4 cities (same as TBS) and actually one pop more. Sure, TBS has more granaries and probably has a point in that it has cost them a bit, but then again it's an awesome wonder on this map where almost every city is coastal and everyone competing for real will have large settlements off the original continent.
