Map correction: I uncovered a few more tiles and it makes me think that the buffer land is not a continuous landmass, but rather a series of islands.

Pic next turn, about to settle my fourth city.

I'm two behind in city count scared I'm staying true to my TALL plan, though it might suck in Civ4.
My two neighbors are Wetbandit/Fenn and GermanJoey. Both teams are quite scary.
I'm building a Galley to start settling the islands. In PB28 it took forever for people to settle off-continent so I'm hoping to beat my immediate neighbors to the punch.

Ugh what a pain. That reaction was something else.

If I know my RB well enough, and you'd think I'd do after all these games, I've got a blood feud to prepare for.

What's so great is that I'm about to drop axes on TBS, so make that double.



Then again.. Can I really complain? I might not like arguing, but it's the players' emotional attachment to these games that makes them so intriguing.
It's an experience that is hard to replicate.

TBS happened to have an axe already loaded in a galley, that was also in range of the city, so he managed to save it. Dammit.

Now we're at crossroads. Which route will he take?
- Rational: He gives into my demand and gives over the Size 1 city for peace. He moves on and remains one of the favorites to win this game despite the small setback.
- Emotional: He'd rather fight me for the rest of the game than give in to any demand, even if it ends up costing him so much more.
