I don't see the connection between Iron and topography. But we can guess Iron due to the connection with will.

Reading the clue I assumed 4 words were related to topography because he didn't give an unlimited clue, and we previously discussed unlimited clues in this thread (and Jkaen also gave one in the first round) so zak must be aware of them. Then again, you guys didn't guess sash after discussing it earlier.

If it is indeed 4 words for topography I was inclined to guess the countries, but since nobody else is going for that and I've been pretty fail so far on zak's clues, I'm happy to not guess them.

Anyway let's Point to Pass.

Post-game thoughts... this game is like herding cats through a minefield.

I was blindsided by CHARITY having such strong connotations to PAN. In my mind it was simply synonymous with GRACE in some contexts, such as "the grace of God". After that, it went downhill. I wanted to just say ELEGANCE: 1 to get you back on track with GRACE, but I thought it would be too hard to hit four words in one go after that. (Which proved to be correct.) I probably would have gone with a final TOPOGRAPHY clue either way, though, so we were in a tight spot.

Confirmation bias can be problematic, it seems. I'm pretty sure you found it harder to reconsider GRACE after you had initially dismissed it. (GRACE should really have been an insta-guess after the WILL clue. What are the odds I would clue it twice just by accident?) Similarly, KID really didn't deserve to rank so highly for WILL, but you had already discussed it as a candidate for CHARITY so it was probably hard to let it go.

Anyway, sloppy job by me with that CHARITY clue, which wasn't solid enough in hindsight. Maybe I could instead have started with DRINK 3 intending MOUTH, DRAFT, and SPIKE?
