You know scooter, it occurred to me, it feels like half your spoiler threads are named "scooter's thread." Maybe more than that. lol

Since according to civstats it looks like everyone has done their initial settling, I'm going to go ahead and move the timer down to 24 hours, as previously discussed.

Is it me or is the turn timer moving really slowly? Like its 4ish hours from being 48 hours yet there are 14 hours still to go...

It was actually set to 50 instead of 48, and maybe time dialation gets a lot worse with the longer timers?

Pin, just a reminder that the turn timer seems to be on the regular, shorter pace now. ~3:15h remaining. I can log in and pause before I go to bed in a little while if I need to, just let me know.

It is definitely not just you. It's now been 23 hours since the turn roll, and the timer still has 5 hours remaining. Seems worse than normal. Any thoughts on dropping it down a couple hours?

Depends whether we're going to enforce the turn roll if someone misses it, or pause / reload? If the latter, I don't see what shortening the timer really gets us; after all, we're all making the best effort to play each day, aren't we?
