OK, I came back to the site in hopes to sign up for a Civ4 pitboss and what I see? Only 2 PBs are currently played and the whole first page of the general forum is spammed by Civ6 related threads. Am I correct that a place where I always could play an MP civ game no longer exists? Or am I wrong?
Seriously, would be happy to play a good old standard format pitboss game. Anyone else interested?

Maybe get in the medieval pitboss game ? I agree that there have been fewer games lately, as many regular players have moved on to civ 6. A few normal PBEMs have started though.

Neither do I, and Commodore's barely managing one little PBEM, and REM's life got busy, and plako isn't signing up for anything, and....
OTOH, Civ6 seems to be bringing in a lot of new blood. Either 6 turns out to be worthy when the patches settle down, and we'll migrate to it, or they'll eventually move to 4, right?

Civ6 will not run on my PC. My finances are shit, so I'm not upgrading until Civ7 is out or later. That's why I don't feel motivated to even find out if Civ6 is a good game.

New baby takes all my time so no MP for me and I'm not inclined to try Civ 6 with so little free time. I am disappointed that there are so few games running now. Seems like it may be the end for this era of Civ.

In the meantime, blazing speed simul turn pick up games are always an option on the odd weekend
