There is a small chance that I will unable to login to my CPU and CIV VI from 4th to 8th October.
Should not be an issue and things are tense ingame so I do not want to keep people waiting, so just a friendly warning.

How much later are you going to be up Archduke? I can head home early if it makes the difference between getting another turn in today or not, but I would prefer to wait about an hour before returning if you're still going to be up then.

1-2 hours? It is not so much of an issue of sleep but more if my wife kills me or not if I use the CPU that late to play.

Question. Is it possible to replay from an earlier save, ie could another bunch of players play the game from a point between the fall of Norway and the start of the current turn?
Asking because I would be interested in seeing how he game played out without diplo.

In theory, I think it could be done but practically IDK. You would need a save and everybody's password. In addition, I am not sure how Civ handles changing players. Never tried it.

Since the game is set up as a hotseat, it should be readily playable by any set of people as long as a save could be acquired. I can't speak for whether the PYDT client would work for automatically passing the turns, but I don't see any reason why the saves couldn't be manually passed around by emailing. Can the passwords be changed or are they set in stone?

IDK, PYDT client actually handles the password end of it, meaning I don't have to put my password in but when I move the save to the next player, their name appears and asks for a password. I assume the client just uses your steam password. I would image that they can be changed because in the forums at PYDT, people do ask to have players changed and the admin at PYDT can change them manually.

@CFCJesterfool, Did you intend to leave me a sign in game, or was it an accident?
