I uploading pictures to the current turn, T187, and I have to say that right now Thoth will win the game by culture. He is still 7 tuns to AL while I am 1 turn away but his cultural defenses are so huge. All his cities are at 80%. He must have been using only rep to research while running slider. Now Cairo can T1 a cities with a canal but all his ships are out of position by 1 tile. Maybe he is actually planning to attack me because he does not see how close Thoth is?! I can see everything because I got enough EP to get city visibilities and its frightening. I was going to build factories and coal plants but now I am seriously considering just cash rusing infantry and cannons although I think the chances of success is low...

Offered a trade of city of Tsar and city of High Mage to Mr Cairo for iron and 11 gold. I hope he realizes what I am trying to say. Also asked for 1000 gold since cash rushing will be expensive.

I gave him 11 turns but considering that thoth just generated his artist for the 4 people GA, I might have to rush the attack a lot sooner. While I can bring all the riflemen for the attack, need 20+ cannons.

Mr Cairo came through with the gift of 1000g! Cash rushed 17 infantry this turn.

So far the attack looks like
40~ inf
25~ cannons
47 Cavs
18 knights (I would really like to upgrade them to cavs if possible)
25 muskets
73 riflemen
20~ MGs
20 catapults?!

So, this stack actually will be about 250 units. Who cares on defending the borders since the game will potentially end soon because of the CV. The real issue is that the oil tile 1W of Ruins only has 52% culture so I will have to run culture in Ruins, Snapback, and Districts to keep it. otherwise it will take 1 more turn to reach Suspect Device.

I have to say that Thoth is not ready to win in 15 turns as I suspected initially because he neglected the religious buildings. In his land, he has Hindu, Christianity, and Judaism. He can even spread confusianism and buddism. If he wanted to go for the CV, he should have spread the religions to a lot more cities and get at least 4 pagodas up in the culture cities. Now I have visibility on Suspect Device and Seek to Destroy and he only has 2 pagodas in them. WTF?! Suspect Device does have hermitage. BTW oil tile is now at 53%.

EDIT: Maybe his real culture cities are elsewhere? Seek to Destroy is his HE and Moai city, which I can't imagine he will starve down during the GA.

Declaring next turn on T199. Moved all able bodies, muskets and better, out of border cities to declare next turn. I will attack Suspect Device with:

33 Machine Gun
73 Riflemen
45 Cannon
25 Muskets
33 Catapults
315 units total

My regret is that I really should have 50 machine guns to match the 50+ cannons Thoth has waiting for me.

EDIT: BTW Thoth generated a GA from LAX but this attack should be in time.

Thoth did not attack my main stack but started a GA. How will he get culture? Does he have a handful of GAs hidden? Suspect device and its 15k culture will fall in 2 turns at this rate.
