Turn 22:
Warrior got battlecry promotion, one more turn for settler to complete, I did rearrange tiles a bit to involve copper tile for more gold.
I shall settle my second city at turn 25, next turn purchase monument for extra culture.
I always make screenshots of scores to check it later, now I just noticed that Emperor K already completed a settler at turn 20, no 2nd city yet.
Chevalier, TheArchduke and Japper's empire score hasn't changed, no settler yet or they did finish them at same turn of population growth.
Rowain has 9 empire at turn 20, 10 at turn 21 and 11 empire score at turn 22, that is very fast growth, harvesting food? This would mean that he need another builder for craftsmanship.
Also Rowain gained 3 era points, natural wonder or razing close barb camp with War Cart?

Turn 23:
My settler finished this turn and population stayed at 3, I guess that settler completion comes first and then growth resulting in no turn of 2 population. I shall found my second city at turn 25.
And I purchased monument, shaving down research time for craftsmanship and future ancient civics considerably. I think over what to build and with 3 turns till craftsman complete with 50/30% policy cards for builders/military units. Also soon 50% production card for settlers with Early Empire, so only remaining economical thing that I can build is scout. I can complete it in 3 turns, exactly on time for craftsmanship swap.
That newly built scout can make himself useful by scouting eastern city state and who is my eastern neighbor, then he shall go counterclockwise map, meeting all city states and players.
International news: major news this turn (or past turn since he plays after me), Emperor K is first to settle his second city. And Japper is first to finish 3rd tech, things are slowing starting to move how players did plan out.

Turn 24:
A new barb scout appeared near my borders, so my warrior returns to my capital for eventual defense.
Next turn settle my 2nd city, Emperor K is still only one with 2 cities now. Rowain reached 2nd civic, certainly thanks due a cultural city state, he also finished 3rd tech. TheArchduke got another 3 era points, natural wonder or barb camp?

Turn 25:
Finished Pottery, started sailing. Founded 2nd city and gave it and my capital names:
Due my district planning with Government Plaza, I consider both cities as one whole metropolis along river, hence cities names in dutch including north and south added.
To make it easy to type, I shall refer them as RMN and RMZ.
I though over hard what to do incoming turns, I got all inspiration for ancient tech except Bronze Working (need to kill one more barb) and Masonry (there are stone resources and marble around).
As for inspirations of ancient civics, I need 2 more population for Early Empire, I shall put RMZ at more growth next turn. For state workforce, I shall do it with first Magnus chop.
For Mysticism inspiration I need a pantheon and I got over 25 faith and yet not able to choose pantheon? Then I remembered, in expansion it need over 30 faith instead 25 faith I think, I shall see soon.
So next turn start research foreign trade, Agoge in, urban planning stay and both RMN and RMZ produce warriors (and if possible start slingers but not finish them in RMZ to save them up for 50% Agoge chop, RMN do have better 100% maritime chop, so just finish land units there).
Then when foreign trade is finished, swap to maritime industries and Ilkum, then RMN shall start galley (reason why I am researching Sailing now and writing next for campus) and put it at 1 turn to finish for Magnus chop, RMZ spam builders.
Early Empire finished and I put Magnus in RMZ, need 5 turns to establish, so colonization policy card in and start settler and chop it with Magnus if it is almost completed, overflow in campus.
Meanwhile RMN shall do something else, buildings or start settler. Agoge or Discipline policy card depending upon barb situation.
I shall certainly finish state workforce when overflowed campus is finished, then I shall chop out Government Plaza with 50% Agoge chop in RMZ. RMN produce builders with Ilkum and with Liang as governor (1 extra charge for builder produced in city with Liang applied).
After this it is bit too far to plan, I shall grab inspiration for Political Philosophy when I meet eastern city state and finish it to unlock Ancestral Hall.
International: I am second to settle 2nd city. Japper finished his 2nd civic already, did he also meet a cultural city state first?, which mean there is two of them at this map. No signal yet of possible science city state.
And it seems that Japper and Emperor K met indicating their increase of 1 era point. That mean that Emperor K is exactly opposite of me and that also mean that neighbor at east is TheArchduke or Rowain. ![scared scared](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/scared.gif)

Turn 26:
Completed craftsmanship and swap to Agoge and stay at Urban Planning as planned. Finished scout and start warrior in RMZ, adjust tiles for faster growth and finish warrior in 4 turns (could do it at 3 turns with 6 turn growth, but I decided to go for growth).
And I got to choose Pantheon after all and it did cost 25 faith, why didn't I get it previous turn? I am first to reach Pantheon and got rewarded with 2 era points for it, so no other player did pick pantheon previous turn.
It is just another case of irritating UI trouble similar as my Stonehenge chop in PBEM 6.
Well, I picked Divine Spark as planned. Scout is going to explore whole map starting at east while warrior and slinger just make a clockwise (or counterclockwise) round to check for possible barbs.
I am going to finish warrior at RMN in 5 turns and can start galley in 7 turns, so in those 2 turns between I shall make use of Ilkum and start builder in RMN.
I don't know what Chevalier is doing but I got double his score at this moment (36 for me and 18 for Chevalier), so he need to hurry up before I see him as delicious target to conquer.

I think I remember there being complaints in previous PBEMs about only 1 civ being able to claim a pantheon per turn. So if another civ claimed one before them that turn they had to wait until the next.

I am aware of it, however I just earned 2 era points for being FIRST of all players to reach pantheon.
Also I checked whether any Pantheon is missing due other player picked it up, none was missing.

Turn 27-29:
Fairly quiet turns, my cities are producing warriors and it seems good idea since I discovered barb camp not far in east.
That is much needed 3rd barb for Bronze Working eureka and extra 50 gold to purchase trader.
Also notice river above barb camp, I might settle that spot soon, although I need to check west first: Chevalier settled his second city at turn 26 (I noticed it at turn 27 because he plays after me).
Turning settler lens on shows red tiles north of Antioch which wasn't there earlier.
Rowain already finished his 3rd civic, seem that he did met cultural city state bit early. Also he has yet found 2nd city, meaning he is likely mass building War Carts. ![scared scared](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/scared.gif) Also he did collect 11 era points already, likely from destroying barb camps left and right with War Carts.
Japper also has yet to settle his 2nd city, he do earn a lot era points similar as Rowain, also due barb camp hunting?
TheArchduke did found his second city at turn 28, he is also only one who researched 2 tech, maybe going for Bronze Working? It wouldn't surprise me with Rowain as his most likely neighbor.
And my updated Hexagon map based upon contact between Chevalier and Japper first and between Japper and Emperor K afterwards.

Turn 30:
Hexagon map posted previous turn can be updated again, because I made contact with eastern neighbor and it is Rowain with his War Carts! Which mean that TheArchduke is at eastern rainforest starting position.
Note how my slinger did lure barb spearman, leaving camp free for Rowain, no good since Sumeria get random reward for clearing barb camps. So I retreated slinger, hopefully barb spearman returns to camp (Rowain plays before me, so barb get first move).
RMZ finished warrior and start slinger, after 2 turns stop producing it in favor of builder and almost completed slinger can be used for 50% Agoge chop.
Statistics:
Rowain: 6.5 ![Icon_Science Icon_Science](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/Civ6Icons/Icon_Science.png) likely one Ziggurat tossed down already, same amount population as me with 1 city. 6.5 ![Icon_Culture Icon_Culture](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/Civ6Icons/Icon_Culture.png) also riverside Ziggurat and his diplomatic screen shows marble, so that is where his 2 extra culture comes aside a cultural city state.

Turn 31:
That stupid barb spearman decided to follow my slinger, granting Rowain free 50 gold and random boon, hopefully it isn't one that gives free inspiration since it gets him a lot closer Magnus.
Oh well, make sure that I kill that barb spearman then for Bronze Working, I don't have discipline equipped now so my slinger don't have other choice but to retreat.
My scout found city state at east, it is cultural city state Antananarivo, its suzerain power grants 2% culture for each GP earned, good for me with Divine Spark equipped.
Its request: get a galley, very doable with planned chop in not far future.
