Very good, 120 tiles per players. Assuming no astro islands but without knowing anything about the layout my guess would be that players get to expand peacefully to 10-11 cities. Maybe 8 decent cities per player and then a couple of fillers.

I think this is always a useful thing to check in order to get an idea of the timing when tensions increase, etc.

Do we head north and then east? Or do we start the trek to scout the west?

No efficient way to scout around here. Gut feeling is to go Northeast, but perhaps you can scout those few tiles, then go back to expose the west.

I'll try to delay micro planning until we have a bit more scouting info, but if you end up blitzing, here's the suggested continuation after turn 10:
- Worker first improves the wheat and then starts chopping (correct forest tile TBD)
- Start WB after the worker, work 2/2 deer until the wheat is improved to 5/1

That leads to work boat completing on the same turn the capital grows to size 2 and the base plan is then to build a second worker at size two supported by one incoming chop.

Due to hammers flowing into a work boat, it will be a good while before the first warrior is built so no help for scouting there. Should you decide not to scout for the full 2nd ring, wet rice is at the very least an ok spot for the next city, but of course it's a pity if there is an amazing wet corn-gems-copper city west in the fog..

EDIT: And tech Fishing after BW!

Going N-NE i think, then either continue going in that direction, or running back to scout the west. Either works for me, although id really like to settle a good border city or two against Noble so that they cant just rush us.

Decision to be made: HEAD WEST? OR FIND NOBLE?
