The ice dessert is really a dessert. One city could go here, but just for the silver resource.
I used the overflow of the Axe in Rostow to make a library, which would be the next building in this city to counteract the cultural fight in the North. I also put in Nogodorov to work the furs and getting the 4 coins. That retard one turn the settler, but it will be compensated with the chop in 2 turns.
I hold the research until we decide the path. In the meanwhile I put Mysticism that is almost a gift right now. For what we've saying I think that Currency is good. But I was dubting about researching before Alphabet. This will give us a bonus for Currency and also we can put Research in cities.
Curious the Power graph. Miguelito's and MrCairo are raising a lot. That means they are in fight each other? Miguelito is the last to play in the last turns. Or they are fighting someone else..

Miguelito is about to set a new city on the east. And that the 9th city!! he is using his Charismatic trait to make cities very fast. I wonder how can he manage his economy right now.
After Mysticism I started alphabet. It will help us for Currency and we can put Research into cities, when there is nothing more to do.
Moscow grow to 4 and I put two scientist. I can profit the academy bonus so I am getting 66 proves pt in total. Also I managed to work some water tiles in St Pete for adjusting to growth and getting coins.
In Nogodorov I could whip the settler, but I would save only 1 turn and I'd get too much unhappiness (is at 16t of unhappy), so I decided to wait and work the furs to get the coins. Below also some graphs about the south and the north.

Yes that's right. He's Imperialistic which gives 50% of setters production. But it does not give any coins bonus!! as far as I know

Yeah I misread the post, I thought you were talking about implications of Charismatic but clearly you weren't.

Thanks for your advice, anyways.
I wish I could see Miguelito's economy and research. One thing that really worries me in the early game is how to equilibrate the number of cities with economy. I am not used to play with humans and I see that the city's race is mandatory in the beginning of the game.

Changed worked tiles in Moscow to grow fast. Put all the food tiles to work so it will grow to 5pop in 2 turns. Ans managed StPete to keep stagnant at 6pop and working as many coins tiles as possible. Also sended 2 workers to make a cottage in SW Moskow. This city will need a lot of cottages to take profit of the academy.
Mjmd borders are growing so a city on the silk or N-silk will be very conflicting.
Next turn settler is in Nogodorov. I'm doubting about letting grow 1 pop more (so it could work the other fur tile) or put righ away another settler. Which we must decide where should it go...

Found SuperDeath in the far west. Very pleasant finding him... so far away.
Moscow grows to 5 next turn so we can work the new cottage. I doubt when to whip the lighthouse. But I am interested in growing to 6 to be able to keep 2 scientist. Also in 3 turns I should put to research instead of building anything, so I think I will whip in 2 turns. Also I can make an archer with the overflow.
I change to archers in St Pete. I think I must put a couple in each of the frontier cities.
Also I should make another settler in Nogodorov, and a library, it grows in 3 turns, and then I'll make the settler.
We must decide the place of the next city, I guess to work the silver, and have +1 happiness.

The best spot for silver right now is either 2S of the western silver or right by the southern silver, where the warrior is now. Before settling the western silver be sure to scout those tiles by the crab to make sure we don't orphan any resources
