I've paused for Gavagai and also 'already' converted the game option to sequential.
After he finishes his turn the game should continue as wished/expected. [Image: Civ4Religion.png]

Thanks! I added time and unpaused because IIRC Gav doesn’t have a pause key.

Thanks Ramk, I've emailed Gav to let him know he needs to play (using the forum contact option - I dunno if that goes to an email address he reads though...)

Gav played and the turn rolled and we are now in sequential, but it looks like T30 production and tech did not process for us.

It's getting embarrassing for me… Sid, you're trolling!
Next suggestion: I activate one round anarchy for Gavagai and end the turn of each player.
Then, all players will get the bakers, etc from the previous round, but not Gav.

Any objections?

Edit: Automated units needs to be respected.

Oh so Gav got his production but we did not because the game was set to sequential before the turn rolled because Gav hasn't bothered to read the tech thread to find out why we keep resetting and so we just changed it to sequential ahead of him playing. This is turning into a comedy of errors. I vote yes to the anarchy because I want to see what that breaks next tongue

Just kidding with that last bit Ramk, I know you're doing your best to do this transition to sequential.

No objections to the anarchy and ending everyone’s turn as long as automated units (workers especially) can be aren’t adversely affected.

At least we will know all these traps the next time we do a switch between these modes. smile

I'm not sure swapping to Sequential before Gavagai played made a difference - if Gavagai had played his turn and not ended it, and Ramk had swapped, I think it would have been the same? I think the swap needs to be done for player 0, where player 0 plays turn 30 then the setting is set to Sequential and player 0's turn is ended, then player 1 will play turn 30, and so on.

Would it mean automated workers get an extra turn?

Edit: no objection in principle.
