It was clearly labeled "as is, no refunds or exchanges".

Today is my birthday and what I want for a gift is the CtH equivalent of Pacal of Inca as my random pick. Anyone care to enlighten me what it is?

Speaking from personal experience, the heredity is pretty spotty. My Dad and my brother's son both had a lot of hair loss by the time they graduated from college; my brother's other son is in his late 20s and has a very full head of hair. Both of my brothers have a little hair loss; I have pretty much none. In fact, I have way too much hair after not having it cut since last June.
