What I would do if I were Plako.
1. If I think India is unstoppable I would side with them to end the "game" as fast as possible and move on.
2. If I think India is stoppalbe I would try and stop them; while trying to be in an okay postion after they are stopped.
Whosit, I know Sullla meant WALK not WANK. It is not in Sullla's character to use the word WANK.

Someone could ask him; it's hardly a spoiler to ask what he meant in a post. The risk would be further derailing their thread.

I'll give 2:1 odds it is not a typo.

Ok, I had a much more strongly worded response, but I'll try not to be combative. Jowy, please stop letting what happened in the game cause you to be irrational in your posts. Your personal agenda has been neither subtle nor helpful.

I'm not at all surprised at Jowy's response.... very tactful if you ask me

Oh, Sullla has used some R-rated language here and there. Mostly while venting, but still.

Today's aren't the first time, it's been going on even when I was still playing. I understand you're a very passionate Spullla fan and might still be mad at me for attacking them in-game, but please try to get over it and don't flame someone outside the game just because you didn't like their gameplay in a round of cIV.. actually, just don't flame at all.
There's no justification for you to post what you did. It wasn't relevant to the discussion, just a personal attack against me. Completely unnecessary. Yet you did it, and now you here come to brag about it instead of apologizing. Just because I participated in this game doesn't mean you have some right to go around insulting me.

I'm somehow being irrational because I stand up for myself when someone deliberately keeps bullying me? I don't agree that it'd be rational to not stand up for yourself. As for my personal agenda, I have no idea what you are talking about. As a matter of fact, I don't know who you are and what do you have to do with this and why did you get involved.

Jowy Wrote:Very good point! The same argument could be said about the attitude of being satisfied with a lower position than victory.. You just give up the game when you still have the tools to win, instead of giving up when you don't (or think you don't).
I think the issue (at least from Alarr) is you saying this - as it is a bit harsh and personal as well! It may not have been your intention but it sounded like you were criticising plako and broker for playing the game they want to play. It can seem like you are seriously trying to sway their play choice which is not what a lurker can do.
I do think that Kristian went slightly overboard with his personal statement about you, but I think it would be better to swallow it than keep it alive, especially in plako's thread.

Let's all take a deep breath and count to 10. Hopefully by tomorrow we can all laugh at it.
