That looks promising as a baseline to start from. It's small, but the votes overall were asking for that. Would you make the existing lakes bigger, smaller, or do you think they're a good size as is?
Had a look at the map. I love to see a mainly-land map after such a long time. Can't even remember when we played such a map the last time. Do you already want feedback about specific stuff?
Lieuye of Ethiopia: Aluminium close to England
Asoka of Celt: Aluminium, Horse, Iron, Uranium missing, oil to the north should be theirs, but can be contested
Joao of Native America: Aluminium closer to Byzantium
Lincoln of China: Aluminium missing
Napoleon of Byzantium: Horse missing/on the border with Roosevelt of India, Uranium missing
Stalin of England: Uranium missing
Roosevelt of India: Coal missing, Horse missing/on the border with Napoleon of Byzantium
This is what is quickly found, there might be something else that I've missed. There are also some BFC horses and coppers that you might want to move. In general, Native America feels a bit cramped in the middle. I'd probably fix this by giving them a bit better land to the south, convert some tundra into grassland/plains and then ice/snow into tundra. China and Celts have a huge sea between them which might give them a big strategic advantage with a safe border. The sea between them could maybe be split in half?
Small map and already quite a few aggressive picks, with Fabled planning Boudica. Potential for skirmisher chokes too, although I'm not sure that's Mjmd. But this is looking like a bloody early game.
I thought it was interesting that multiple people wanted Zara when he's never been (snake) picked before, like Mjmd said. He'd also be my pick for strongest leader in the current version, although better with more water. Speaking of, seems like a few people are overestimating the water content. From my look around the map, there was a decent amount, but much less than any other map we've had recently.
