Hi. Big thing to say about this is that any conflict between you and bellarch means vanrober basically has a 100% win chance. Maybe that's ok with you, just wanted to make sure you are aware of it.
If you want to keep the game going, you and bellarch (and Bing I guess) need to all fight vanrober together, ASAP. He is this close to running away with the game as is. If he hasn't already. I'm not sure who wins the 3vs1 fight,but vanrober definitely wins any scenario that's not that.
That said, bellarch likely wins in the scenario where vanrober is stopped anyway, not you, so the other option is just to do whatever you think is best for your civ. Not sure what that is, just another option. I am inclined to hobble the leader to keep the game interesting in these scenarios, probably because not doing that made my first game's ending so disappointing. I also feel that it's the sportsmanlike thing to do. But I know not everyone feels the same way.
