Q1. People didn't question the Ljublijana situation because his plan failed anyway. I'm sure they would if that didn't happen so I don't care about that. (Edit: This is like not accepting a penalty in American Football when it helps you. It would be really dumb to force a reload when it helps that player. )Illegal.
Q2. If "right after" meant a few turns it would have been clarified. So it means the turn after at best (to allow the amenities to update). Having said that this would just be an honest mistake so if we reload for misclicks we allow this. Legal.

The tricky situation is that it is more or less the first time Russia and Australia could trade cities (ie peace with Indonesia), but on the other hand, the aim is quite chessy if it is to offer life support to Australia.

Q1. Ljubljana getting let off the hook doesn't count because no-one ever questions something that helps them win, ever. Archduke asking for a reload after getting a free city? lol This is like a Chess tournament director being asked why you got two blacks in a row but never being asked why you got two whites in a row.

Q2. Reloads are much less common in civ6 because this is PBEM, not pitboss, so there is no hard clock. So people don't rush their turns enough to make mistakes like that. This is also why people constantly complain about the turn pace. lol IIRC Sullla messed up a scientist in pbem#7 somehow. So the community didn't change; the format did. Undoing that misclick also helped him more than letting the cities not get trading for a few turns. In fact they got put into a disadvantage by not trading them at once.

Oh, I mr. unofficial rulekeeper of civ6, propose the following extra rules for a team game (cannot post it in the big thread due to spoilers):

--No using world congress to break DoF , via the victim's teammate.
--No trading cities to non-team members expect for peace (Way too much possible cheese, but I make exception for peace here. If you trust no tactical DoWs, you trust people to act in good faith here.)
--Team members may trade cities that got captured when they get eligible. You have until the end of your next turn to do it (amenities update). (I don't think it's okay to allow city-gifts here in general. For example you have one great civ and one trash civ, you obviously want to give as many cities as possible to the great civ and you can make up excuses. Not allowing you to gift captured cities can lead to dumb things happening so I can make exception here).

Edit: Add losing settlers to barbs (thrawn's idea) because the sole purpose is just to get around the city-gift.

I would say this now:

MJW spamming the lurker thread spoiled to Woden that you are considering a city-gift and has given you permission to do Q2.

We are having an energetic discussion about Q1, but that was your "Plan B" anyway.

Fortunately they've graciously given their blessing for #2 while being aware of the implications.

I like the rule suggestions above. So to confirm, normally that would mean no to both Q1 and Q2. Q2 would have been fine up on the turn the war ended or the one after, but anymore. Here we'd make an exception because it's the first time it has come up and it's close enough - which is also what Woden said.

Regarding roland dump pic post.
I was going to post that but decide to post it here first to see if I am being to hard
(basically share info is nice, but moving to see and taking it back to initial save is very grey, including some possible miss-click that could happen easy in civ6 if you 'discover' ennemy while giving a lot move order)

Just from lurker PoV, since you had to move ship(s) to see some ennemy configuration, it seems dodgy if you change (or even delay) those ship(s) movements. Especially regarding the privateer, caravel, frigate) around the northern tip of phenicia fleet (and possibly the caravel attack that seems to have happened on the second last picture?).

It might seems harsh, but I see a pb with the first move being by the privateer next to the fleet, discovering all the formation (and specially using all its movement so it should not be able to shot).

I let you post then, as I don't really want to intervene just for a (justified) negative comments while enjoying all the reporting smile

If you gain any new information re-load after misclick isn't okay. This is PBEM too and the most important turns. They don't see to get new info though?
