Sure looks like he's already been in-game for quite some time. I don't think that works as the odds that he's moved units already is pretty high.

hm, the problem is he plays like this all the time ... and I get it, if he has to fit it in during the day, and the turns are demanding for him no doubt. But I don't know how to attack him, without causing the game to take a day more per turn if we get the 3 way split.

I think you should just eat the long turn timer and play afterwards. In a game this late, the big players will probably thank you for it.

Yeah, at this point the longer turns are a given and looking at those log in times I don't think you can declare and claim the first half unless you very specifically declare, move nothing, and give Plemo the option to say "thanks for the advance notice but no, we go with the three way turn split".

Maybe next turn works out better. Is a war declaration by PM valid even if it hasn't happened in game yet?

Yeah I consider it to be acceptable because sometimes it's the only way to do it around RL.

However high we pile the ancient trash, we are not getitng through that. In the news, Tokugawa gets pretty good infantry! Also nice touch with the fort on the forest, giving his CG3 inf an additional +100%.
He had offered Wesser Bald for peace, the isolated city in the south, and I returned the offer (and moved enough units towards the city to capture it just in case).

Pity, Gavagai offered to join in 3 turns, but we're not getting anywhere here, and would potentially suffer a lot. And we don't have stakes high enough in this game to suffer.
