Historically it was reduced to the first row but in the latest version RtR got rebuilt on top of CtH sonic has the same hut pops.
Personally I think that's bad, first rank only is better. But given no one wants to play RtR and wants to play CtH, the player base can keep the imbalanced experience.

I could have sworn one version had it restricted, but I haven't been paying as close attention to some of the changes as I might have.

Hah. Thought so.
I'm fine playing either RtR or CtH.
But I'd be up for another SMEG mod game once 71 finishes up. Screw balance, lets have some fun.

Not if the land is so shit no one wants to claim it, and people go broke if they do.
And hitting three turns per day because double moves aren't a problem helps with the concentration.
