I know almost nothing about the land to the north, only that greenline and Piccadilly are there and they are fighting. I am moving a scout up there but there are additional considerations in any case. In the north I would border Piccadilly who looks strong, in the south I would border scooter who looks weak. Also, I would kind of prefer greenline to build a shrine for me first. But going north is a solid Plan B in case xist builds enough Praets to make himself impregnable.
