How many cities can you get peacefully, and by when?

How do you see the game state?

When do you plan to conquer your first neighbour?

Hard to say, there's an open religion at Code of Laws and I have Org, so that's attractive. I need Iron Working->Calendar for the silk, dyes, and (soon) sugar ideally. But the longer we go without HBR, the more nervous I feel.

Awful. I'd say at least Pin's vultures didn't get a buff, but then they did via shock event...

About 12-13, by turn 100.

Game state is kind of hard to call...very even around here, and Plemo is so absurdly far ahead that nothing can really happen unless someone leaps in front of him.

Timing to go hunting is probably knights, tbh. Splitting Bing with Pin would make borders easier, although Amica *and* Bing might be willing to dogpile Pin. Don't want to touch Tarkeel too badly if we can take the isthmus, need him to be strong vs. Plemo.

So how, precisely, has starting next to Sumeria affected you in this game, given you rolled Darius of all leaders?

Nothing yet, but it's going to be annoying when we're in bleeding-edge knight era.

Are vultures efficient vs knights?

20% better than axes.

I...might be out of room *now*, actually.

Very tight. Christianity just was founded in the fog, but I think that I'm still okay with CoL's religion, based on the little symbol thingy in the lower right of the tech.

Any reason you didn't settle the sugar city 1S? Was it just so you would have food pre IW?

Events are on, those city ruins are potentially an enormous beaker windfall. The ability to get to +5f before IW is nice too, but honestly Iron Working is probably 5t away.

Tarkeel/Civac offered fish-for-fish, so I think we're good there. thumbsup

Amicalola/Pindicator border is...a lot less stable. Won't enjoy splatting into shock vultures there, Amica.

...and meanwhile, works are in place to grow *all* our cities. No idea if it'll work, but the aqueduct won't go amiss either way.
