Unlike me, you successfully played your way out of the hole (although I think I saw some popped silvers too ). But seriously, I am really impressed! Thanks! Sorry for PB64
That's the reason why I don't think that Picc will take peace but who knows...
How long until cannons? Only two tech and some gold left? (April 14th, 2024, 09:00)klops Wrote: That's the reason why I don't think that Picc will take peace but who knows... The gold will get burned on upgrades after Rifling most likely. I don't know how much I will upgrade, so I don't have Steel date yet. I think Pic will be forced to peace out after SD attacks. The irony of my earlier "fucking with the allies" remark does not escape me but SD really should have attacked sooner, it could have been a different war.
I would echo that I'm really enjoying these updates.

It probably won't be right for me to log in now but I have a suspicion Piccy accepted my offer outright. He played a very quick turn and whipped only once.
Also, here is a funny thing. Superdeath logged in and played immediately after Piccy, even though he played his turn in PB75 hours ago. He did not have to wait, previous turn Piccy was the last to play, so playing before him would be fine. We need to come up with some creative punishment for people who intentionally create the three-way turnsplit situation.
Wouldn't you be able to tell by the scoreboard.

Piccadilly did not accept peace and did not even re-offer. He also did not do anything active. He moved his main stack 1S from Ahmedabad (on the screen, under my spy). He also whipped Madurai for a Longbow and moved the rest of the units from Madurai to Varanasi. I captured Madurai and moved a bunch of junk units to it. He can recapture but he will have to put his valuable units in a vulnerable position. The main stack remained in place, I decided to use this opportunity to heal damaged units in it. A funny thing - notice how Vijayanagara remains empty with both me and Pic refusing to move units inside. We both basically see it as unholdable. Quiet turn on this front but tension is brewing underneath. Piccy shaved off one turn from the Rifling research, probably is building research everywhere which explains his lack of whipping. This is bad news: Varanasi garrison is on the screen. My plan is to upgrade 11 Redcoats next turn and move them up to Varanasi a turn after but now I am not sure it would be enough as Piccy has time to do his own upgrades here. If I add junk units to finish wounded Rifles off, I will probably be able to take the city but it will be bloody. So I sent peace for Varanasi offer. Superdeath finally joined the war but a bit too late, I think. This stack can kill maybe one CG3 Rifle, lol. So I doubt he will move far past Lahore. By the way, Greenline is also in this war but I think one Piccy's Musket can kill his entire land army while defending. So greenline is also useless. Protective is OP. |
