With 5 players, PBEM is doable too...

I emailed Zulan via the address on his site.
We've had some glitchiness/inconsistency lately with email notifications not always going out to users. I think that's been mostly resolved, but it makes me wonder if perhaps Ramk didn't receive an email from the forum for this.
I see civac (I think?) asked about Ramk over at the German forum, and Zulan said he doesn't have any more information - at least, assuming Google Translate is correct. Email didn't work, so I tried a PM with Zulan this time asking if he or someone else can launch the game.
If we can get the game launched, we may have to live with sequential from T0, as it seems like there's a real risk of nobody being able to do the conversion.
