I didn't choose pop, don't care what the decision is for this game but worth discussing before starting another advanced start.
Current games (All): RtR: PB80 Civ 6: PBEM23

As it is Friday, and nobody else has expressed an opinion one way or the other, and as the Opener of the Thread, and Master of the Edit I can make an executive decision:
