Always Peace Builder game Tech Thread

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a PB Always Peace Builder game. With all the normalish PBs that have gone down, I think it would be fun if we are able to start dipping into variant land. :O

Especially fun would be a no military unit cultural domination game. lol

4 players on a huge map, everyone playing as Joao of Inca.

Trust me, it's awesome. Most fun you can have playing CIV.

As long as this is one continuous land mass (islands have no place in one of these games; oceans may or may not help), I'm in.

For PBEM5B, the fact that it was a very sparse map worked really well. It was also an absurdly large map, which made for a very different game.

Also, I think Espionage should be on, although there may need to be some restrictions (civic/religion switches are simply broken; others may be an issue).

And No Tech Trading. A diplo dogpile to share tech can't be countered.

Joao of Inca is playing like playing quick speed even when it's set to normal. If you were to try and play Joao/Inca on quick, your brain will likely melt.

Sign-ups:

1. ASM? It was your idea.

If we're doing a 4p Joao/Inca game, then 4 is probably ideal for fast turns and the map can be easily mirrored. IMO, no more than 6 unless it was some type of Always-Peace OCC game, which isn't the same as a buildfest.

So, questions to consider:
1) Map Size
2) Difficulty
3) World Wrap
4) Speed: Quick or Normal
5) Win Conditions: Space/Domination only? Cultural Victory isn't nearly as aggressive, especially because there's no reason to expand throughout the map with that.
6) Leaders/Civs: Joao of Inca for ALL or a snake pick with or without restrictions. When most of your early hammers go into Granaries/Terraces, Settlers, and Workers, Exp/Imp is simply unstoppable.
7) Barbs? Great Wall would obviously be banned in that case.
