Second the ban on calling for CV.

Kass and Shaco are definitely allowed. Almost anything else has a very high troll potential.

EDIT: As a quick guide for Cull, any champion he plans to play unconventionally under any circumstances counts as trolling. Despite how good of an idea it may seem, Attack Speed Soraka and AP Garen are not good picks!

I'd like to expand the Taric bans. In addition to jungle Taric I think we need to ban him mid, top, or ad/ap bot.

I also request Cull's teams take 3 CVs so we can keep up with the CV request. Even in games where they have no jungler we need at least 2 CVs. Note Cull himself cannot take one of the CVs, otherwise he's liable to CV our fountain, dragon when down, the bush our own champ is inside, etc.
